LOST & FOUND

  • If you lost or forgot an item with us at WorkPlay, please email us at info@workplayhi.com

  • To retrieve an item, you must provide information to Management regarding what was left before retrieving the item

  • *WorkPlay staff and management are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, and/or damaged

  • *We will hold items for 60 days, after that time frame a manager will remove them from the lost and found


LEFT CREDIT CARDS

  • If you believe you have left your credit card, please email us at info@workplayhi.com

  • You must present a valid I.D. to pick up your credit card

  • We do not allow anyone other than yourself to pick up a credit card

  • If a credit card was left overnight with an open tab, an automatic gratuity of 20% will be charged to you *This notice is stated on our bar

  • We will hold onto the cards for 14 days, if no one has reached out, a manager will shred the card


UNKNOWN CHARGE

  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email us directly at info@workplayhi.com


RECEIPT COPY

  • If you are in need of a copy of a lost or misplaced receipt, please email us at info@workplayhi.com

  • *There is no guarantee that we will be able to provide a copy of any receipt


CHILDREN

  • We ask that children be accompanied by their parents at all times

  • WorkPlay does not have accommodations for children


SMOKING ON PATIO

  • Our Garden Patio is available for guests to smoke cigars during all business hours

  • Please be sure to make your reservation indoors if this is a concern
