LOST & FOUND
If you lost or forgot an item with us at WorkPlay, please email us at info@workplayhi.com
To retrieve an item, you must provide information to Management regarding what was left before retrieving the item
*WorkPlay staff and management are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, and/or damaged
*We will hold items for 60 days, after that time frame a manager will remove them from the lost and found
LEFT CREDIT CARDS
If you believe you have left your credit card, please email us at info@workplayhi.com
You must present a valid I.D. to pick up your credit card
We do not allow anyone other than yourself to pick up a credit card
If a credit card was left overnight with an open tab, an automatic gratuity of 20% will be charged to you *This notice is stated on our bar
We will hold onto the cards for 14 days, if no one has reached out, a manager will shred the card
UNKNOWN CHARGE
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email us directly at info@workplayhi.com
RECEIPT COPY
If you are in need of a copy of a lost or misplaced receipt, please email us at info@workplayhi.com
*There is no guarantee that we will be able to provide a copy of any receipt
CHILDREN
We ask that children be accompanied by their parents at all times
WorkPlay does not have accommodations for children
SMOKING ON PATIO
Our Garden Patio is available for guests to smoke cigars during all business hours
Please be sure to make your reservation indoors if this is a concern
